Stephen Colbert - The Word higher-res version [x]
I don’t know what I’m doing
Fun fact: The only word/phrase to be repeated verbatim during the 477 segments of The Word is Experience. Black and White/Black & White, McConaughey/McConaughey!, and U.S.A.! U.S.A!/U.S.A? U.S.A? were also repeated, though with different punctuation.

Great likeness of Stephen Colbert using every title of The Word? Or the greatest likeness of Stephen Colbert using every title of The Word?

Our generation’s Mona Lisa.

Romney uses Colbert Super PAC’s “Making a Better Tomorrow, Tomorrow” (by luciditynow)

It is, in fact, true.. Anybody want to file an SEC complaint against Colbert’s SuperPac on suspicion of illegally coordinating with a candidate?

Maybe Romney’s been trollin’ all along.

This would be a fitting culmination to one of the greatest trolls of American Presidential politics. (If only it were so.)

"Satire is a matter of period. It flourishes in a stable society and presupposes homogeneous moral standards. It is aimed at inconsistency and hypocrisy. The artist’s only service to the disintegrated society of today is to create little independent systems of order of his own.
—Evelyn Waugh"

From ”Fan-Fare” in LIFE magazine April 18th, 1946

That’s why liberals and conservatives alike find Colbert funny.

"Newt Gingrich crushed Mitt Romney on Saturday. After disappointing showings in Iowa and New Hampshire, Newt’s campaign looked terminally ill, which is generally when he moves on to something better.” —Stephen Colbert"
